CNC Programmer
Immediate need for an experienced hands-on CNC Programmer.
Seeking aggressive, hands-on, results-oriented professional with experience in CNC programming (G-Code and CAD/CAM).
Hands-on experience with the following
- Fanuc Controls
- Machining centers (Vertical and Horizontal)
- Turning Centers (2 to 6 Axis)
- Siemens Control a plus
- Automated vertical turning center
- Job setup
- Ability to use Inspection Equipment
- Ability to understand GD&T
- Demonstrable record of cost reduction in manufacturing processes
- Able to train operators and leadsmen
This position involves a high level of accountability in a competitive industry. Must have understanding of TS 16949 quality system requirements. A fast-paced position for someone who wants to make a difference. Overtime may be required.
MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEERS
RACING and HIGH PERFORMANCE DISC BRAKE MANUFACTURER in immediate need
for Design & Development Engineers. We are a leading researcher and
innovator in friction brake technology and compete in the original equipment,
aftermarket and racing market segments.
Candidates must possess an internal drive to excel, be highly motivated,
high intensity environment, and have the ability to apply their technical
skills in engineering design and statistics. Standards and expectations
are very high as we compete for world-class product.
Salary is commensurate with capabilities. Ideal Condidate will possess
the following skills:
- comprehensive design, development and testing of brake components
for automotive and racing applications
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, FEA, and Modal Analysis
- Masters Degree or higher with 3 years design experience a plus.
FEA Stress and NVH Analysis Engineer
Immediate need for FEA Stress & NVH Analysis Engineer who desires a high level of accountability in a very competitive industry.
Master’s degree required; PhD preferred. Proficiency in SolidWorks, FEA, and Modal Analysis is required.
Responsibilities include
- Perform transient thermal FEA analysis for thermal simulation of disc brake system
- Perform non-linear static and dynamic FEA analysis of disc brake system
- Perform component FEA modal analysis as well as pre-stressed assembled FEA modal analysis
- Familiar with digital signal processing (DSP) technique, applied to time domain as well as frequency domain modal analysis, modal testing including hammer and shaker testing
- Familiar with strength of materials theory, elasticity and plasticity, thermal fatigue, mechanical cyclic fatigue, vibration system both discrete and continuous system, and heat transfer
- Familiar with metal material property for both mechanical and thermal property, such as all carbon steel, grey cast iron, ductile iron, power metal, aluminum, aluminum casting and forging. Understand how to implement the property to FEA and design process for aid of product design and material selection
- Design test plan including test criteria, test method, sample repetition. Review test result and design change recommendation if applicable for product verification, validation or product improvement
- Explore new technology and develop new advanced analysis method to improve product analysis simulation.
Data Analysis
MS in Industrial Engineering or Statistics preferred. Hands-on experience in a repetitive manufacturing environment is a plus. Must possess an internal drive to excel, be highly motivated, high intensity environment, and have the ability to apply their technical skills. - Forecast accuracy and analysis - Statistical Analysis of Sales, Seasonal Analysis, ARIMA, Market Data Analysis
- SAP Master Data: BOMs, Routings
- Inventory
- Part setup data, lot sizing, SS, etc
- Manufacturing and scheduling optimization
- Inventory analysis and accuracy
- Product lifecycle analysis
Skill sets required
- Statistical analysis - SAS a plus
- SAP a plus
- Highly organized
- Proficient with MS Word, Project, Excel
